Delivery Policy

At Lovecraft.sg we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and discreetly. Once your order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed, our team will process and prepare your parcel for dispatch.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (SGT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe (Estimated Time of Arrival – ETA)

• Standard Courier Delivery (Singapore): 2–4 business days
• Express Courier Delivery (Singapore): 1–2 business days
• Same-Day Delivery (Singapore): Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, delivered within the same day (subject to slot availability).
• International Delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your order’s journey in real time.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, courier delays, or customs inspections (for international orders) may extend delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
